Guidelines for poster presentation

Poster presentations

Throughout the conference there are two poster sessions planned. Presenters are to be by their boards during their assigned poster session, as follows:

Poster session I. Odd-numbered posters

Tuesday, 23 August 2022, 18:45 – 22:00

Poster session II. Even-numbered posters

Wednesday, 24 August 2022, 18:45 – 22:00

The poster numbers will be announced on the conference website, within the Programme page.

Posters have to be removed by Thursday, 25 August, 9:00am. Thank you!

Layout and format

Posterboards (100 cm × 190 cm in portrait layout, poster dimension according to A0-format) will be provided with a sign indicating poster number to poster session presenters. Fixing material will be supplied.

We do not offer any poster printing services, so please bring your poster with you.

Organizers are not responsible for material left after the conference. Posters left will thus be disposed of.
